so, how do you like the new interior decor?  hehe!  i decided i was tired of the sledding banner because I’M TIRED OF WINTER!! :P  so, a new banner just meant a little bit of spring cleaning, too. hehe!  i’m sure i’ll do a little more tweaking tomorrow.  i really liked my old layout—nice and clean and non-cluttered, and that’s how i wanna keep it!

well gosh, its been since friday since i checked in here!  i’ve been writing in my health journal, tho.  if you havent checked that out, click on over and have a cuppa tea with me! :D  i’ve been posting my food log every day, too (cept the weekend).  so if you’re weerd like me and you like to know what other people eat, the secret has now been revealed! haha!

FINALLY!!

i’m done moving all my old blog archives over from Yahoo 360.  YAY.  what a pain in the butt that has been!! LOL.

and after doing so much reading over all my old thoughts…i’ve realized that i really want to get back to my original blogging passion, and that’s holistic health, nutrition, weight loss and providing a different view of treatment and healing for women with endometriosis.

dont worry, i’ll still blab about all sorts of stuff!!  hehe :)  but those things are very important to me, and i need to get myself back on track anyway…so yacking about it more on here will keep me accountable! ;)

however, my NEXT blog post is going to be about the “evolution” of my blog.  it should be quite enlightening. hehe.  be watching for it!

hey everyone! (happy december!!)

yesterday i was messin around with my blog, just cleaning things up on the main navigation bar and such. 

i thought i’d try to use feedburner to make it easier for folks to subscribe, because i like using it on others’ blogs.  so but well, previously i had used my host’s RSS subscription set up and they had it so peeps could subscribe to my content as well as my comments.  im not sure why they do it that way, cause i dont see a MAIN subscription for comments on most other blogs.  maybe because the level of blog hosting i pay for doesnt include the ability for people to subscribe to comments from a specific post?  i’m not sure :(

how ya'll doin?  im sittin here listening to tons of sappy music...crystal gayle, air supply, the carpenters, barry manilow...hehe :D  no, im not lovesick or anything like that *giggle*  i just love easy listenin stuff.  it just mellows me out, especially when im feeling a tad bit high-strung over health issues and all that junk.  plus hubby likes it, and i like to see him enjoying the music too :) (what wife doesnt LOVE seeing her hubby mouthing the words to barry??? LOL!)
