here are many of the books i've read involving living healthy! altho many of the books are about nutrition, it's not just about food--it's about looking deeper into of parts of your life that are out of control and cause unhappiness and unnecessary stress. i am VERY convinced that taking responsibility for our health is a holistic process, and we must nurture and pay attention to each part to make a happy, healthy whole. :) in addition, i'm not one to go with one special "plan" for diet, exercise, or any other health fix. that's why i like to read many different theories and ideas; then i take out of each what i feel fits my life and needs and roll it all into one. i encourage you to do the same! :)
