<p>gosh, it seems like its been eons since i checked in! hehe!&nbsp; things have been going mostly well.&nbsp; i&#8217;ve had a few hang-ups with fast food (i know, i know!!) but that&#8217;s been the worst of it. &nbsp;</p>
<p>tomorrow&#8217;s my weigh-in.&nbsp; as of today, im 203!&nbsp; the ticker up there (scroll up!) is obviously not correct; that was my lowest weight during my cleanse.&nbsp; i kept it there so i could motivate myself&#8230;or sprout (you know, like they do in euchre with the score cards in hopes of scoring? hehe!)&#8230;but tomorrow i&#8217;ll officially update it!</p>

<p>okay, lest you start believing i have a total will of steel, i&#8217;ll have you know i had subway for supper tonite. LOL!!!&nbsp; i did well tho&#8212;roasted chix breast with lots of veggies.&nbsp; while normally i wont eat wheat at all&#8212;i just NEEDED to eat some &#8220;comfort&#8221; food without going overboard. <p>i&#8217;m a bit blah tonite&#8212;i&#8217;m getting antsy to start eating more substantial foods again.&nbsp; i hate it when i get in &#8220;food moods&#8230;&#8221;&nbsp; i&#8217;m a super big whiner and many times it sets me off into a rut of binges!&nbsp; fortunately i&#8217;m adhering strictly to my cleanse&#8212;otherwise i&#8217;d have had a chocolate extreme blizzard from DQ today and maybe a whopper jr from BK! LOL!</p>
<p>i told hubby tonite that if it werent for me blogging this, i dont think i would have made it past day 3 or 4 if that.&nbsp; this has really kept me accountable!&nbsp;</p>

<p>well the sneezing continues&#8230;random still, but im hoping tomorrow is better.&nbsp; if i have one more day of blowing my trumpet im gonna look like rudolph! LOL!!&nbsp;</p>
<p>this morning for breakfast i had .5c kefir with raw honey mixed in and a hugemongous plum!&nbsp; the book calls for 1T raw honey but i maybe used 2/3 of a T. and it made the kefir almost too sweet for me!&nbsp; plus the plum was quite sweet so i felt like my breakfast was very carby. lol.&nbsp; that was at 8amish and by my next meal at 10:30am i wasnt feeling too hungry yet.&nbsp; so that&#8217;s a good sign!! =D</p>

<p>day four has been spectacular!&nbsp; yes, strange to say, half-way thru a cleanse isnt it? hehe!&nbsp; NO CRAVINGS today.&nbsp; that has been the best part!</p>
<p>i definitely was not tired today.&nbsp; in fact, i did a little spring cleaning in the bedroom today!&nbsp; that was nice.&nbsp; now everything is (98%) pet-hair free (including the curtains! LOL), clean sheets and a springy comforter, and i moved the bed to a different wall.&nbsp;&nbsp; now its fresh and clean and i love it! <br />
